As part of a management buy-out, Borromin Capital Fund IV SCS, SICAV-RAIF has acquired a stake in the WATR Group. The transaction comprises Koop Watermanagement Holding B.V., headquartered in Gildehaus (Lower Saxony), as well as the Ko-Mats Group with its subsidiaries in Germany and the Netherlands.
