Protect Medical acquired Söhngen Group (Söhngen) in June 2019. Söhngen is a leading manufacturer and value-added supplier of premium products for wound care, first aid and emergency medicine. In April 2020 the acquisition of Spencer Italia S.r.l. (Spencer) was completed. Spencer is a reputable manufacturer and supplier of emergency medical equipment and systems. In July 2022, the Spanish Promeba was added to the Protect Medical group. Promeba is a leading developer and manufacturer of ambulance benches, stretchers and chairs. The next acquisition was Pax in May 2023. PAX is an established market leader in the European emergency and rescue bags and backpacks market. The latest acquisition was Ruth Lee in October 2024, a leading designer, manufacturer and supplier of training manikins in Europe.
