Prior to joining Borromin, Stephan worked for a German private equity company for two years. During this time he gained first experience in the area of corporate transactions and the management of portfolio companies. Stephan began his career in 2016 working for a management consulting firm where he specialised on advising financial investors with commercial due diligence.
Stephan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Hochschule Trier and a Master of Science degree in Business Administration - Finance from University of Cologne.
Stephan joined Borromin in October 2021 where he is involved in analysing and processing transactions. In addition he is part of the advisory team of the firm's portfolio holdings in von Wülfing and Eberle.
